Interim or fractional leadership has been a long-proven model for acceleration in marketing and SEO teams, and now is a cost-effective means to reduce risk, exposure and still leverage deep niche experience and install Inside Sales or SDR programs…typically at 60-73% of cost vs. a permanent hire.

Typically, a program includes function Design, Build, and Implementation. At project end, Executives often will distribute the playbooks and team members amongst incumbent sales management, or assign management to the marketing or Customer Service leadership.

Depending on Scope and duration, a series of discovery sessions result in a statement of work (SOW) outlining deliverables and objectives to expect, and for CrowneGuide to accomplish. Monthly retainers for full scale implementations vary between $8,000-$10,000 USD per month with 50% advance with remainder paid monthly upon completion of MBOs. CrowneGuide only works with up to 4 interim client programs at any given time to ensure undivided attention and preserve bandwidth.

There are three levels of work performed by CrowneGuide; each begins with an analysis of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas.

We will orient and train CrowneGuide associates or team members of your choosing and have a 10-day startup program.

Technical requirements are minimal view/edit access as a user to your CRM. Additionally, the creation of an email address by your IT department. Dedicated or assigned phone extensions are TBD. 

Using these tools, content is created and approved for your brand, and campaigns to garner interest are evenly distributed across E-Mail, Phone, and LinkedIn communications and outreach. Prices range based on complexity and ACV, but guideline ranges are as follows:

Retainer & Setup:

ICP, Persona, Qualification Criterion, Messaging:  $2,000 per FTE

Sales Result Fees:

Sales Qualified LEAD: SQL A voice-verified and  properly profiled company & buyer persona:  $250-$350 

Sales Qualified APPOINTMENT: SQA. 5-Criterion Appointment SQA: 4% of Verified ACV     

Sales Qualified OPPORTUNITY: SQO. BANT Opportunity: Addl. 2%; of Verified ACV.
